I think it is crucial to discuss how small-scale farming can combat food insecurity through targeted policy that understands specific contexts and cultural norms.

I also made a podcast, entitled 'Feeding the 5000', on this issue of food insecurity in India. We discussed how this could be tackled, the need for more sustainable farming practices and a fundamental change in consumer and societal behaviour worldwide, particularly in the West.
